There are many screens that can be accessed from the main Customer Activity Screen. These screens are available for multiple transactions once a used-car sale is completed. For example, you can enter payments or change customer information.

The main screen provides account balances The main Customer Activity Screen, which clearly provides customer information including account balances. From here, there are many buttons to navigate to other screens for additional customer processing, such as payments.
Enter payments quickly and easily Entering payments and certain fees can all be entered on one convenient screen. You can enter payments for contract, fees, repairs and notes balances to customer accounts. You can also enter additional fees to a customer balance on this page.
Enter and track repossessions It’s easy to enter repossessions, track their costs and bill customers for repossession charges.
Easy processing for write offs Processing a used-car write-off is another feature that Frazer Software makes easy.
Change customer information This screen allows you to change information in the customers file, as well as process repossessions and write-offs.
Enter customer notes General notes about customer interactions can be captured.
Special customer messages Special messages can be added to be displayed when customers are selected in the system.
Tracking capabilities Tracking allows you to keep a log of transactions, such as processing title work for the state.
Detailed lists of payments and charges A very detailed list of all payments and charges, along with resulting balances for a customer's account, can be displayed.
Calculate early payoff numbers The Early Payoff Screen conveniently calculates the amount a customer would need to pay in order to pay off their contract early.
BHPH amount due calculations A specific screen is available for calculating the amount due today for "buy here, pay here" deals. This screen outlines the calculation for determining the payment amount that a customer owes.
Easily adjust due dates If your customer falls behind and can’t catch up, we make it convenient to adjust their due date if you choose.
Modify vehicle information After a sale is completed, a customer's vehicle information can be modified by using the Vehicle Information Screen.
Lein holder information Pricing information from a sale, as well as lien holder information, can be reviewed on the Pricing and Lien Holder Screen.
Audit trail functions

An audit trail is available and is very helpful for monitoring changes in a customer's account.
